Knowing the picturesque setting of the park, we decided to book a photo shoot. We had such a great time! Photographer Carlos had a clear but flexible plan, so we had a few detours based on our preferences. The session was relaxed, and through conversation, we became friendly. The park itself is magical! The main terrace, with its panoramic view of Barcelona, was one of my favorite backdrops, along with the iconic dragon sculpture. I’m thrilled with this experience, and some of the photos are already framed and hanging in our apartment!

Interesting facts about Park Güell
- Park Güell got its name from a Catalan aristocrat, Eusebi Güell. He was a patron and a big fan of Antoni Gaudí, who commissioned the project and set Gaudí as its lead designer.
- The park was supposed to be a residential area. Eusebi Güell was heavily influenced by British residential parks, which gave him the idea of trying to recreate something similar in Barcelona.
- Antoni Gaudí moved into one of the houses in Park Güell while the project was still ongoing. On Eusebi Güell’s recommendation, Gaudí moved in 1906 and stayed there until he died in 1926.
